Director, Manpower Information Systems Division
Paul Bennett is a retired Marine who spent more than 32 years on active duty. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, a Masters of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Science in Telecommunications Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Masters of Science in Strategic Studies from the Army War College.
As the Director, Manpower Information Systems Division Paul is charged with providing the Deputy Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs with the staff assistance necessary to plan, develop, control, integrate, and enhance manpower information systems for both garrison and expeditionary environments.
