This year, Dr. Ray Letteer (Chief, Cybersecurity Division, HQMC C4) will host a panel of government and industry Cyber Security experts consisting of:

Dr. Ray Letteer serves as the Senior Information Assurance Official for the Marine Corps as required by the Federal Information Systems Management Act (FISMA), responsible for the overall creation, promulgation, and execution of the Marine Corps Information Assurance Program (MCIAP). Serves as the supervisor for the Cybersecurity (CY) Division and as the Designated Approval Authority (DAA)/Authorizing Official (AO) for the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN), managing the $10M IA budget in the Command, Control, Communications, & Computer (C4) department in the Marine Corps.
CAPT Susan BryerJoyner serves as the Division Chief for Department of Defense Information Networks Operations, Operations Directorate, U.S. Cyber Command.  Joint tours include Deputy Director for J6, Deputy Command Information Officer, and Command Knowledge Officer at the Joint Warfare Analysis Center and Knowledge Management Branch Chief for the Multi-National Force – Iraq CJ6 Directorate.  Fleet assignments include the Flag Communications Officer for Commander, Carrier Strike Group EIGHT (2003-2005) embarked on USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN 70) where she deployed to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom; the Communication and Information Systems Officer for the Seventh Fleet Command Ship USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19); and the Assistant Chief of Staff for Communications and Information Systems (N6) to Commander, Seventh Fleet embarked in USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19) and based in Yokosuka, Japan.
Anthony Gillespie retied from the Marine Corps in May of 2002 and continued to serve the Marine Corps as a Civil Servant.  In Oct 2002 he was reassigned as the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) and was assigned as the Director of Information Systems Management Division.  During the past 6 years he has served as the IAM for MCB and MCIEAST and as a Division Head.  In Aug of 2008 he was assigned as the Director of the MAGTF IT Support Center, MCIEAST.  In July of 2011 he was reassigned as the AC/S G6 MCIEAST.
Juanita Koilpillai is the Founder & CEO of Waverley Labs an independent cyber risk management company. Koilpillai oversees the company’s technology and product development while setting the company’s strategic direction. She is responsible for the company’s flagship Starlight Cyber Risk Index – the industry’s first outcome-based, cyber risk management solution able to prioritize and quantify points of weakness enabling large organizations to lower risk and prevent attacks.
Norm Laudermilch, COO Invincea, brings to his new role 25 years of extensive, hands-on experience in architecting, managing and growing all aspects of organizational infrastructure in the most demanding environments – including some of the largest global service providers. He most recently served as the chief operating officer for the Terremark Federal Group (part of Verizon) as well as the CISO of the cloud computing division of Verizon, Verizon Terremark.
Phillip Soloweszyk drives Microsoft’s technical strategy with the Navy and Marine Corps as Microsoft’s Chief Technology Officer for the Navy and Marine Corps team. Prior to joining Microsoft in this role Phillip spent 8 years with Quest Software (acquired by Dell) leading the technical strategy for the DoD and Intelligence Community. He has served in various positions consulting for the Federal Government as well.
